When a meteor hits, a young girl is infected with spores from another world. As the battle begins, the creature wants to come out. Sarah must control her hunger to not be discovered. After the death of Billy Prescott, Sarah is cornered by the Sheriff and the struggle to keep the creature inside is a losing battle.
